Would never use this firm again or recommend them.After 5 weeks my job is still not completed. I cannot now get them to respond to my messages. Foolishly I completed payment before the job was completed. They promised great things - to remove all rubbish, not done; seven year guarantee - well I do not suppose that is worth the paper it is written on!

Very happy with the quality of not only the job but at the preparation of the area prior to and the cleaning up after the work. Will be using this tradesman for other work if he is available. Have already recommended him to a friend.

Arrived on time and did what we wanted done (loft ladder). Was pleasant and polite observing current Covid rules. We have arranged for him to come back and do various other jobs.

Professional, honest, reliable and reasonable. Well mannered and cleaned up when job was finished. Good guy. We thought we needed more work done that we really did. Amazingly helpful - came up with really good suggestions for sorting the problem within our budget. Was reliable, did a lovely job and left things tidy. He also comes across as a very nice man. We would definitely use Gavin again.

tom from first class plastering came to my home and gave me a very good quote, i then arranged for a day and time with him , he arrived on time and plastered two rooms for me, i am very happy with the work he did for me, i would highly recommend first class plastering services as he was very efficient and reliable he arrived the time he said he would and did a very good job, i will definately be using them again,

Needed a shed roof repaired after storm damage at the start of the year. Lee from 1st Class Property Care came and had a look and proposed a solution. After that work was done very quickly. Delighted with the results, I can honestly say the roof is better than it has ever been, feels totally solid and has given the shed years more life. Very happy!
