Reliability? Communication? Completion of work in a timely manner? Quality of work? Customer Service? Cleanliness and respect for property? The job is done (in a fashion), but I am not convinced it will last or that the guarantee (which I apparently have) is worth anything. Unfortunately I could not recommend. I should not feel like I need to have a strong male physically present to deal with a tradesman (IYKYK). I will attach photos of evidence if I can, so you can see for yourself.

Greg was very pleasent , very puntual on the inital appointment and the day he came to do our work. Very tidy and made a good deal of effort to cover up our furnishings etc to protect it from dust. We have an old cast iron bath and had the bath panels to fix to it. We didn't feel confident doing it ourselves as it was quite a tricky job. Lukasz took time to get the measurements and the cutting was perfect. Looks great. Also we asked him to fix the old original bathroom door which has never closed shut. He put new hinges and shaved it and now it shuts. He did some plastering too. It took a day and charged his day rate (£150) plus a little extra for the hinges, plaster and frame. Great job!

I this person severed the main electrical cable in my property whilst carrying out work to remove old plaster from the wall overboard and skim Emergency work was carried out by Natiol Grid he has no covered the costly repairs I had to forcibly give one star to get this feedback accepted so it is actually a zero he did not follow health and safety standard by usin a cable and pipe locator resulting in this costly repair.
