We supply and fit new upvc dry verges and dry ridge to eliminate the ongoing cost of yearly maintenance we also supply and fit maintenance free gutter systems with integrated hedge hog systems in place to ensure gutters need no maintenance we also supply and fit new upvc facial soffits and barge board new walls built and repointing available also we do weather pointing new joists flat roofs we supply and fit Epdm Firestone rubber flat roofs to eliminate the ongoing costs associated with older materials. ig. Charlie got the boiler working very quickly, but spent quite a bit of time servicing, as it seems the boiler hadn't been serviced for a long time. He even contacted the boiler manufacturer for advice on a couple of points. Superb service, very well impressed. Thanks Charlie

This was just a quote for a loft conversion which was already there, I needed to know if it was up to current day regulations. this tradesman went out on the same day and was very efficient. He e-mail me the next morning with a run down of the repairs and costings. I would definitely rate him.

Having been let down very badly by the previous builder, we really needed help. We were most fortunate that we found Dave Minton; he was personable and easy to deal with from the outset, did what he promised and achieved a high standard of meticulous workmanship throughout. Timekeeping was spot on, the workforce was polite, cheerful and efficient at all times. Project management was fine, it was clear what was going to be done on site each day. We are delighted with the end result. Highly recommended.
