I am hard working, polite, reliable and honest young man who has worked in construction for many years and have worked for some well known companies over the years such as C3 constuction, rock civilis engenering, SNI construction and Palmers conservatories. Richard is capable of installing windows but we’ve had a bad general experience with him starting with leaving the work unfinished initially and is now ignoring us to avoid having to rectify the issues he’s left us with. We now have a door which scrapes and sticks to the frame whenever it Is opened or shut. I wouldn’t recommend using Premier Home Improvements.
Alex was very straight forward and easy to deal with. He was also recommended by my builder. He was very thorough. He took photographs of areas of concern and discussed the work with us before he went ahead. I was very happy with the work and the cost and am now confident that my roof will live another few years.

Quick response and turn around
Polite and curtious (took shoes off in house etc) agreed a price at the beginning. After some messing about to get correct tools etc (left twice to get tools) from start to finish it took about 4 hours so quite a while. Did ask some questions about how to do the job and it did take a while longer than I wud have liked. Don't think I would use Gabriel again although there is nothing wrong with his work.
Aspray takes charge of property damage claims, handles every detail, and takes the time to communicate and explain the situation. The pandemic proved no barrier to this excellent service delivery and Aspray continues to use technology to maintain and even improve on this record.

Ojr did an excellent job under challenging circumstances on the plastering job I had. They worked very closely with me to ensure the job was done well including working an additional day to ensure work was to the highest standard. Would recommend.
Alton Services built a 2-storey extension for us and we were so delighted with their work they went on to refurbish our bathroom, completely refurbish my mother's new home and build a conservatory. Their range of ability, attention to detail and work ethic has been really reliable. They turned up every day all day and nothing was too much trouble.
