Harry and Mark were absolutely brilliant. Harry's communication was excellent and he went above and beyond on my bathroom and full flat renovation. He made helpful suggestions, managed parts of the project, sourced a new boiler at a great price, and brought in a fantastic team. I trusted him fully, even giving him a spare key. I felt genuinely prioritised and supported throughout. Would highly recommend.

No reservations in recommending William Winter. He and his two lads attended promptly and worked diligently to repair the chimney and roofing to a high standard. The boys were polite and appreciative of cold drinks offered. William took photos of the damage and his quote was more than reasonable. Helpfully, he pointed out areas that could prove troublesome which were dealt with promptly.

Overall I am very happy with the entire experience of dealing with Dolphin Windows. From the start the communication was at an excellent level and I never had to chase for anything. The cost of the windows was very reasonable with no unexpected costs involved. They were also very helpful in suggesting cheaper options for window style choice. The windows were installed on time and they cleaned up very well after the work was complete. All timelines were met through the process. A super job!

Gavin was the only builder who responded but he still gave me a competitive quote and was able to start as soon as I wanted. I am very pleased with his work. He did the job and did a good clear-up afterwards.

Trevor kept his promise and got the job done to a high standard despite the weather turning out to be very wet. He was very business-like and assuring in his approach. I will not hesitate to recommend him for a similar job.

First impressions were good so we decided to use Able to create a new shed and build a gate/fence. They were very informative, thorough and I was extremely pleased with the final product. Able went out of their way to ensure everything I asked for was done. Will definitely use again.

Very pleased with John work. He and his team are polite,positive and hard working. Costs fully explained and paid based on schedule of works as building progresses. Any issues, changes are discussed and agreed. All finished inside time quoted. I will be recommending to my friends.

Lewis and his team did a very good job with restoring bricks on my old Victorian house. Painted with all kind of paint by previous owner. Lewis knew exactly what is the best way to clean it off and the result exceeded my expectation. Very good re-pointing and prefect colour match of the mortar mixing 3 different types of sand I have never heard of. Also keeps you updated regarding progress and plan for the next day. Punctual and reliable. I am very happy with the result and will certainly use him again.

Lee Charles recently finished my new driveway, steps and walls which included brickwork, omega blocks and sandstone tiles. Lee's work was professional and thorough throughout and he took time over even the smallest details on the project. I would not hesitate to use Lee again for work at my property and I would 100% recommend Lee to my friends and colleagues. Matt & Dean of MDG Building are two of the very best builders you could have. They are a breathe of fresh air. Their work is first class they work well as a team they are clean and tidy and have done an excellent job for us, nothing was too much trouble. Job was to re-point my property, the bin area and the concrete slabs in the garden = Job was done to a high quality and I am extremely pleased with the results. James moved a radiator adding new pipe work. Job was completed in a day, he cleaned up after himself and was a pleasure having h8m n my home. I will give James a call when I need more plumbing done.

Sergiu and his uncle were great. They made a beautiful job of our bathroom, incorporating all the ideas I had and making practical suggestions. They were very considerate, especially as we have a young baby in the house. We highly recommend them and will be glad to have them do more work for us in the future.

Damion from swift & neatmuilttrader ltd was fantastic!! he came & viewed the chimney, gave me a very reasonable quote, also didn't make a fuss as some other roofers did!! did the work in under 30min.. excellent job, he very professional. will be using him again on other bits around the house! 5 Star.
