Craig and his team (Carne, Jason and the carpenters) were excellent. They were friendly, hard-working and tidy. They coped with unforeseen issues very competently. The communication between trades and with ourselves was very good. We have no hesitation in recommending them and will use them again.

Really pleasant people to do business with. Very flexible with dates & times. Came when they said they would. Only advertised a very small job which put off most traders. Henry has done an excellent job in re-rendering my property and associated tasks. He showed expertise when advising me on the work to be under taken. He kept me abreast of progress and was reliable and professional throughout the process. The work has been completed to a high standard and I am very happy to have chosen Henry James as my builder. Fantastic service from Cristian - was quick to respond to the initial request, I sent him some photos and he quoted straight away, and then was here 3 days from making the request. Extremely pleasant guy who clearly knew what he was doing and from start to finish I couldn't be happier. He also fitted a chimmney cowl that I had whilst up on the roof as part of his original quote. If you want someone to do a great job, will leave the place spotless and DON'T want a dodgey roofer then he's your man.

Excellent job, friendly & hardworking boys cleaned up daily. On the final day every little bit of rubbish was taken away. Highly recommend Kevin & the boys to anybody wanting a new roof or roofing work which would be to a very high standard and at a competitive price. 5 star service from start to finish. Derek did an excellent job, Clean worker, reliable, turned up,when he said he would. Totally trustworthy, was able to leave keys with him when I went out. Did other small jobs that was not included in the quote. Would definitely use him again and recommend him to friends and family.

I apologise for not having posted a rating before now. I thought I had already done so. Our loft conversion has transformed how we live.The cost was fair. The work was carried out to a good standard, quickly and tidily with minimum disruption. We are happy with the result. The "Boys" were friendly and easy to have about and full of good advice. I would use Roy again and have already recommended to others.
