Tom, arrived on the time and on the date agreed and provided a first class service rebuilding our dry stone wall as i had major concerns the wall was about to collapse on to our vehicle. The quotation was fair price for all the hard work that tom put in to making sure the project was completed to a very high standard. Jim and Sam replaced our fence perimeter around our house and added a shed base at the back. They did a great job. It was not an easy job but they took their time to make sure they got it just right. We are very happy to recommend this company.They were excellent and the team were a real pleasure to deal with and have around. They gave a detailed quote and gave good advice helping us stay in budget without losing quality or the end design. They underestimated the number of days the work would take but we were happy to negotiate the cost - no pressure from them to do this, but we could see where the time was spent. Communication was also excellent & they turned up on time every time. Delighted!

Sash Window solutions, headed by Andrew, made the whole process stress free . The timing of the fitting was negotiable and everything was made clear. Questions were answered and concerns addressed The work was done in one day, carpets and furniture protected and everything cleared up neatly afterwards. And the windows look lovely. We are a period/listed property restoration company. We specialise in traditional materials and methods. Often our work is to Identity and rectify damp issues which arise from the use of modern materials on period properties where breathable materials are imperative for the buildings features and characteristics to function. Once the breathability of the property is compromised damp issues will occur. We offer damp assessments for your property with a full report to guide you in the right direction eradicating current and future damp issues. Our assessments cost: £140 including guidance and a full report which details the source(s) of the damp & mould, how to eradicate the issues. - Lime rendering & plastering with horse hair. - Lime pointing. - Masonry repairs. - Paint removal using the Thermatech hot steam cleaning system. - Brick/stone feature walls. - lime wash - Breathable Painting. - lime plaster/render We often work with conservation officers from the authorities to ensure our works are of the highest standards.
