Friendly and professional service. Not having recommendations of tradesmen is hard. 'Rated People' allowed me to find David from DBF Handyman and Building Services. David has been nothing but superb. Friendly and helpful. Taking his time to allow us to explain what we wanted and then for him to explain how he would do it. All the work carried out by him is of the highest standard. the worst job ever i have seen i hired anthony as a professional to do some finishing touches on venetian plaster but he didnt do it he took a deposit then he disappeared for three weeks telling stories that he was sick or he didn't have time when he finally came to do the job he did it even worse than before came with one can of filler and made my walls a ugly color arguing that they couldn't be done better didn't return the deposit! i don't recommend it to anyone, do not pay deposit this person

Ricky and his team did a fantastic job replacing our felt flat roof with Firestone rubber. His work included installing all new trims around the edge of the roof so the house looks much smarter now. After some very heavy rain the roof is performing very well. Ricky has provided us with a 20 year guarantee which gives us superb piece of mind. Very happy to recommend Ricky and his team (his also repaired the roofs on two other properties in our family so we've seen plenty of his work!).
