We booked Piotr for what he thought would be 4 day's worth of work, to strip back 2 old cupboards of mouldy and damp plaster, treat the walls, then plaster again to a perfect finish. He arrived promptly every day, providing regular updates. Piotr finished the original job to a great standard a day early, and was therefore able to fit in an extra plastering job we had been putting off, to repair some cracks in the artex of the bedroom ceiling, then resurface it all to a smooth finish. Would highly recommend.

I am happy to recommend Ross Property Repair without reservation. A walk-in shower was completely replaced within 12 days of the initial assessment visit. William visited and sent an estimate on the days arranged and William and Ian carried out the work to a high standard in two days on the dates agreed. I will certainly contact them again next time I need work carried out.

Very reasonable quote. Once work was complete amount charged was exactly as quote. Very difficult weather conditions but Scott went out of his way to change his workload to fit my piece of work into my limited availability.

Came with short notice, took care with the work, uncovered other significant problems organised a bricklayer to correct issues before completing the work rather than rushing through the job, and having further problems arise in future years. I would recommend this company.

We were in a different city to the job, so we had to rely on Eric to manage the work; including liaising with letting agents to pick up keys etc. He did this very well, always did what he said he would, and was always trustworthy. We went up to meet Eric at the end of the job and he's clearly a very professional and likeable person. He finished on time and to a very high standard and we have no reservations in recommending him to friends and family in the future.
