Reliability? Communication? Completion of work in a timely manner? Quality of work? Customer Service? Cleanliness and respect for property? The job is done (in a fashion), but I am not convinced it will last or that the guarantee (which I apparently have) is worth anything. Unfortunately I could not recommend. I should not feel like I need to have a strong male physically present to deal with a tradesman (IYKYK). I will attach photos of evidence if I can, so you can see for yourself.

4 months?Done the job feb, rang you march, you gave advice and we put 2 fans on the wall for a month and rang you back to say wall didn’t dry. I’ll post all the photos up of the job including the rusted beads and beads put over the top by your lazy plasterer and let’s remember I said cancel your plasterer when you didn’t do the job I thought you were doing and pay you just for what you done. Tom came to skim my son's ceiling but because it had old artex and very uneven he decided to put a false ceiling in, board that and then skim it. Tom is a really friendly guy, kept showing me where he was up to in the job and was very tidy and did a great overall job at a good price. Wouldn't hesitate to use Tom again or recommend to friends and family.

Mana and Frank did an amazing job painting our stairs and landing. They were very professional and polite. We had just had new carpets put in and they ensured they were covered and protected before starting the paint work. We are very pleased with the paint work and will definitely use them again! Mana was also very helpful prior to the work commencing and advised me on what paint to buy for the woodwork etc. Mana was also quick to respond to my queries which made the whole process easy and smooth!

I wanted a Church Font removing from my garden and this company performed the task with ease. Both of them disposed of the font and cleared the area with no trouble at all. Cannot praise their work ethic enough, polite, pleasant and courteous. Although the font was large they managed to break it up and take away all the remains. Worst Decorater ever promised 8-5pm Monday to Friday went home everyday at 2.45pm left his rubbish absolutely everywhere.Told us he didn’t want any money until he’d finished then remembered he’s booked a 3 week holiday so he wouldn’t be finished on time and left us all over Christmas got a cob on when I showed him a huge snagging list of terrible work then asked for £3500 halfway through and when I gave him £2500 he never came back.Joke of a man talks the talk promised the world don’t be fooled by him.
