Ian came round to take a look at a damp patch that had started showing up on one of the utility room walls. He turned up on time, was really friendly, and clearly knew what he was talking about. Fitted window but required snagging. Window was fitted properly but one of the plastic corner protectors had been left in place whilst fitting which the window fitter offered to remove and correct the fitting.

Very disappointed with this company. It hasn’t even been a year since the flooring was installed, and it is already lifting up and moving. This should not be happening so soon. I contacted the company to have it fixed, but they never came back or followed up. The lack of response and poor service is unacceptable. Please be aware of this company before hiring them. I am highly disappointed with both the quality of the work and the customer service.

We’d highly recommend Alex, From the start he was really helpful and understanding of the job we had. He visited our property within 24 hours of the job going live and had a quote with us that evening. The work completed is of an incredible standard and Alex went above and beyond at our property to leave it looking like new. He cleaned up after himself constantly and was very helpful. I had a lot of work done today - curtain rails put up, a rather drastic painting and filling in job to be done in the main room where an old fashioned radiator had been taken out, etc. The painting job was of real concern to me as this is a newly refurbished flat with no clue left as to what shade was used on the walls, but the match is faultless. I unhesitatingly recommend PS Building and Decorating, you honestly would have to search very hard to find a comparable standard of work. I
