Jack from Quality Property Decor did a really good job! He painted around my front door, and the porch, and also re did the front window-sill. He was pleasant and went above and beyond, and painted the top of my wall and under the window! He was very efficient. The price was very reasonable and I would definitely use him again.

AVOID AT ALL COST and it is the right company. Don’t pay him or his partner Nick Moules any money. Nick will probably visit your home within a couple of hours of posting the job (making you feel confident that your job will be finished as quickly as you need it to be) send you links to the materials to be purchased, ask for deposit and then stop all forms of communication. They will quote +/- £20 to the other tradesmen. Should be banned on this site.

Once they started the work, Owen and his team were superb. Really personable, professional and tidied up as they finished work each day. Owen kept me in the loop and turned up as planned. Spencer at Pocock Developments project managed our work very well. From the fully detailed quote, to advising on any pricing changes and providing some extra plastering work - got to say everything was managed smoothly and transparently, and the one hiccup over the roof tiles was put right quickly. Plus we appreciated Myron and Ivan's eye for detail and managing their work around the weather. Our two dormers look great, so thanks Pocock Development and we'd definitely use them again ????

I also have a skilled blue cscs health and safety valid card customers have said I'm a mature reliable friendly person who cares about peoples feelings and situations, my father was a painting and decorating contractor primarily for new build houses which is were I started and learnt from 16 I'm now 46 and have never been out of work my son works with me also and is currently learning the trade under my supervision and college my father wound down his company and I started doing some of my own work at a pub called the farmers home in Durley in the 90s which turned into a full dec through the summer.After I worked for a well known established painting and decorating company in Southampton for 17 years and then another for 6 years and then there's now we're I'm enjoying my own work rather then new built work. In my time I've done council work, garages, shops, restaurants, factory's, listed commercial and residential.I enjoy my job and I am passionate about what I do and I love making peoples projects a success.
