Julian was super efficient in terms of quoting and helping me understand the re-wire process as well as answering questions, making very logical suggestions and clearly describing the works. I posted a number of small repair / replace jobs and added another one when Alex arrived. Despite this, he was patient and thorough with a fidd;y repair and took the trouble to source exactly what I wanted for the items that needed replacing. When he left I had a new shower controller, 3 taps and a handle all sourced from different places and all looking beautiful and working perfectly. Good value for money as well. I have no hesitation in recommending him for any job .big or small.
