There is no charge to you, the policyholder, for the Aspray service provided that you authorise us to use our own vetted sub-contractors to complete any repairs or reinstatement works. Responded quickly and plumber visited today, temporarily stopped the leaking until the pipe can be replaced and bathroom re-fitted / completely re-furbished . Resolved the issue and prevented any further damage.

arrived on time, came to carry out an annual service of 3 air conditioning units. Explained the job and took pictures to show what further work needed to be done. returned to site the following day to complete the job and carry out a deep clean of the air conditioning units (this although originally unplanned was definitely needed i have asked for a quote for additional units for the site

If you want building work done then GN Building Services are brilliant, not just excellent!. Before we said to go ahead he had introduced us to four former clients and showed us the work completed. He and his team are probably the hardest working tradesmen I have ever come across and talk about working to time and budget. I should really keep this review quiet as they are very much in demand and I need some more work doing - but I can not rate them highly enough.
