Shaun explained he had been ill and had a family bereavement but set a date that he would return. He didn't come back but I note from other people he has been working I wish he had been honest and said he would not be coming back.

Matthew overcharged for materials. He told me he paid £40 at Screwfix for the spikes. I was shocked and asked for a copy of the receipt but he didn't provide it. I did pay him in cash for the work then checked the price at Screwfix. The cost is £29.99 not £40. As a result, I cannot recommend him.
