AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Andrey completed work under contract with guarantees, but within 2 months the exterior paint peeled off & looks awful. After acknowledging the poor workmanship, Andrey has systematically avoided all accountability - dodging calls, breaking promises, and blatantly refusing to honour his contractual obligations. A complete lack of professional integrity, despite us having all records of communication - he cannot be trusted to stand behind his work.

Excellent Handyman Service-Painting & Mold Prevention! Stilyan did ceiling work in my rented home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The job involved painting and applying a mold prevention dye to a section of the living room ceiling and the bathroom ceiling. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. He arrived on time, brought all the necessary materials, and worked efficiently while keeping everything clean and tidy. The patience and respect towards my landlady was great too

We chose Buildway to do this important work at our house replacing a 42 year old timber balcony. Bill came over and gave us a very thorough assessment of the options and then produced a fair quote for the work. The dates were agreed and stuck to. The job threw up some complications that couldn’t have been foreseen and they were handled professionally by the team. An emergency repair done with speed and to high standard. If Storm Claudia comes knocking on your chimney flue and decides to turn your bedroom ceiling into a water feature it's a relief to have a professional with expertise and sense of urgency in your corner. Flashing and pointing were assessed, replaced and upgraded within 2 days of the posting. A simple job made complicated by being 3 storeys up, was executed without fuss and to the proposed budget.
