Andrew was superb. We exchanged a few messages before he came to do the work, he always responded promptly and even offered to come to provide a temporary fix before he was free to carry out the actual job. Another job was cancelled, and he fitted my job in early even though it was his birthday. He did an excellent job of replacing my fence posts under difficult conditions and even went the extra mile in a couple of aspects. On top of this he comes across as a lovely bloke. 6 stars.

The job evolved during the week (it turned out the floor also needing refitting due to blown tiles and sub-standard base), but Taff was able to adapt and we ended up with a much better outcome. Mark did an excellent job removing an old shower enclosure and installing a new. larger and more suitable one. For one plumbing project, he felt it better to get someone with the appropriate skills - he sorted that out and found a good person to do that job.
