The work was done well and he even picked up a few things from B&Q for me. Unfortunately when he plumbed in the sink he plumbed the the hot water to the cold tap and vice versa. Also, he left a saw mark in my Ercol kitchen table with a bit of his blood which he never told me about. But then neither did I. All things considered I would hire the man again and have no issue recommending him for other jobs.

Excellent work and service on waterproofing a flat roof balcony, that was botched by the original installers and leaking into a room below. Although a small job compared with their commercial projects, the work was personally supervised by Robert, one of the owners who kept in touch during the work. He and his team were diligent and friendly, a pleasure to work with. Reinstating decking over the flat roof was not straight forward and they willingly put in extra time to get that right. Left carpet and 2 sets of my ladders covered in plaster. Paid for 2 days work when it only took 1. Had to patch up parts he had missed through rushing the job. Didn't have the correct tools for plastering round the stairs. Used my ladders. Didn't even have enough covers for the carpet.

Quick response and a short wait. Scaffold, skips, and gear arrived promptly. New Roof completed in reasonable time, after awful weather delayed work. Looks great. Worked hard-a big roof, lots of rubble. Fair price, good advice though the fitting of the veluxes is not quite perfect.
