I would highly recommend L Hughes Property Maintenance - They replaced my large timber decking area with new deck boards and framing. The work was took a week longer due to unforeseen issues. The Joiners were very skilled and the Team in general were conscientious and determined to getting the job completed despite the weather and other issues that were thrown up. Initially, John came, told me what the problem was and repaired it. Initially the repair looked effective, however after a few weeks the same leak reappeared. I messaged Swift as to when he would return to repair the problem properly, he told me within a couple of weeks. That was approx 6 weeks ago, and I've heard nothing.

Although not the cheapest quote, the work was done promptly, the staff were courteous and very hardworking, they tidied up as they went along, and snagging issues were dealt with. Communication was very good, either by text, email or in person. A further serious issue was discovered during the time they were here, and I will be using Weatherproof services again to deal with that.
