PB installed a new Velux window where an old skylight had been positioned. The job turned out to be more complicated than first anticipated. However, PBs staff stayed as long as the task took (working into the dark and coming back the next day) and charged no extra. They were punctual, polite, friendly, and professional and the job was reasonably priced.

Luke gave a decent quote for some roof, paving & fence work. What they did complete was good, but they did not finish the job. Communication was very frustrating and I had to constantly chase for updates. I stupidly paid the full balance after the garden was complete, but before the roof work was. It's now 9 weeks on & despite repeated assurances that they will come back (and me offering a further £200 to complete the roof work), I do not believe they intend to return. 3/5

Did work which was described. Thought extra was a bit expensive so didn’t go ahead. Came down in price as soon as I said it was too expensive. Stated the tiles were and felt were loose. I saw from the picture it was just the end cap that had moved and was no problem. Stated he would have needed to reset it and if not it would leak. I had a new roof done within the past 5 years.

Disgusted with most of the proceedings! It started with a single tile that had slipped down at the ridge, the remedy was a new batten to be fitted for all of this level of tiles, they said. A boxed ridge seal was fitted the price stayed the same., exorbitant! The roof porch needed tile alignment on one side, this was done in a very short time as was the first job. They asked me if I wanted my front wall pointing after what they told me they would do,I agreed. Mortar was scarce and the old was not removed.

If I could change to Zero I would. Once they did the job, took the money they have blanked all requests to check a snagging issue. One window sill leaking, have called, texted and just getting fobbed off on last call they said they would call back in 5 minutes - that was 3 days ago….. #Avoid

This company contacted me after my request for a quote. We discussed all the details and they were helpful at first. They promised to provide a quote the next day or two but 3 weeks later and I am still waiting. Even after they read my whats app messages they dont reply. It is basic respect to reply when a customer is chasing a 3 week old request. Don't bother with them they waste your time. I cant give no stars but they deserve it. IF they cannot find time to do a quote they shouldn't chase more work.
