Although I posted the request on a Sunday night - I was amazed when Ash responded an hour later, following up promptly with a call the next morning. Ash completed the work that same week. He stayed in full contact with us throughout, with updates and details whilst the work was under way. The response and communication was amazing, workmanship was top quality, and the costs very fair. Our previous gardeners work was awful and they left our garden in a very poor state. We found Paul from Horti-Cultured, I spoke to him on the phone and he was very polite and helpful. He posted me a quote and a booklet with photos of his previous work, the quote was very reasonable and the photos showed the quality of his work.
