Was a little dubious about hiring tradesmen through the internet.but i need not have had any concerns. G S Building Solutions were fantastic, did a fantastic job very reliable attention to detail and took pride in his work gave good advise. He is first class and would recommend G S Building Solutions

I would highly recommend Stan. He has done an amazing and fantastic job in fitting in a new kitchen for my parents. He was friendly and professional through out the work he carried out. He was very hard working and is a very reliable person. My parents love their new kitchen and I am really pleased with the high quality finish as well Stan’s kindness, professionalism and skills. We are very pleased with the work that was done. There was a quick response to the job that day via a telephone call. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. They promised to make a visit a week later to remove the supportive structure and did exactly so yesterday. I am very pleased with the work and their professionalism.. i highly recommend them. I used the Fourth Room in March 2013 to do a variety of jobs in my elderly Father's garden. I found Stephen to be very reliable, always answering calls/emails and keeping appointements, professional, polite and friendly. He and his team worked tirelessly in sub zero temperatures to complete the work required to a very pleasing standard. I felt that the cost of the work was competative and good value for money. I will certainly use the Fourth Room again.

I am very impressed by the work that has been performed by Adam and Daniel over the last couple of months. From the beginning, with outside work and the inside, with building an extension containing a shower room, they have been excellent in everything they have turned their hands to. The element of professionalism with their work was apparent the whole way through....as was the minute attention to detail. They were kind and thoughtful throughout, making sure that everything was always left very tidy

Very happy with Jonathan. Too often, we have experienced overpriced and delayed services. Jonathan provided the most competitive price for two days work, however he completed a grand job in half the time and only charged us for the one day. Very reliable, friendly and would highly recommend his services. I am one happy customer, thank you Jonathan.

Frank came around when he said he would, prices he quoted were fair especially as could complete work within a couple of days. Work was completed as per my request and the waste was taken away. 5 stars

Chris and Arron worked extremely hard - in horrible weather and even though the job was harder than they anticipated - actually reduced the price, as a particular piece of equipment wasn't needed. Excellent work

Mark and the team were a great team and work hard, with some good banter along the way. The patio is hundreds of times better than what we had. My only slight negative would be Conor watch those spacings / gaps between the slabs.

Norbert and his team were amazing. The quote was very competitive and he made many suggestions which we took on board. The garden was finished well within the quoted time period and to the highest standard. They would not leave until we were completely satisfied and I would recommend them to anyone. If we had any other work required in the future we would not look anywhere else.
