David was excellent. Communication superb, always replied to emails and texts very promptly. Excellent tiling. Flexible, accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Although he was scheduled to finish as planned at the end of the week and would have done had the taps I ordered had come on time, he came back as soon as the taps were the delivered the following week. Two bathrooms and downstairs loo done and we will be asking David to come back to do our two other bathrooms.

DD completed a great job recently replacing our kitchen worktops and fitting units and appliances. Even the addition of extra work was accommodated in a positive and speedy manner at very reasonable cost. Work was finished to the highest standard with DD being well equipped and very experienced. I would highly recommend this company for anyone seeking a professional and reliable service with excellent customer care. Will definitely use again without hesitation. Thanks for a top job.

"Very Impressed". A top job by a top man, head down as soon as he got here and did not stop until the job was completed, and what a job!. The thing that stood out for me is the care he took with the cleanliness of the working areas. Overall though, an outstanding job, professional in every way. As the Proud owner of such a business id like to express my beliefs in what make a great business but also as to why I have these beliefs. Growing up in North West London my grandparents came from large families, with many brother and sisters both my ( English and a tad Irish ) Nan and Grandad had nothing, Thankfully my Nans family got into fruit and veg and had all the fruit and veg stalls in Kilburn for a bit, my Nan having one of them advised my Grandad to give up painting and focus on Fruit and Veg. Through hard work and determination coupled with being good with people that very stall ( next to what was woolworths now Iceland ) meant my mum and aunt could benefit and have the things my Nan and Grandad couldn't. My ( Greek Cypriot ) Dad was taught the skill by my Grandparents as he was my father and would go on to Make a successful Fruit and Veg shop in Golders Green in which I'm extremely proud of. Working in this shop as you would go into it on the right used to be ' A business built on customer satisfaction '. You see it isn't the building game but it's all the same to me, we serve the customers and we leave them Satisfied Every Single time. That's the name of the game. My Grandad would later teach me how to paint and my Nan would teach me how to work with oil based paints and the rest is history. To me personally when a customer decides to proceed with SDL PKB it always fills me with a rush of Pride, Joy, Greatfullness and Enthusiasm. Never will I take a customer of they're precious home for Granted. When you proceed with SDL PKB I know full well what's your getting but you can only trust until the job is complete then you know we're not ' all mouth ' We don't just talk the talk. We walk the walk. Paul our Sales representative/ Project Manager is a friendly extremely knowledgeable individual who I'm truly proud to work with and forever greatful for his dedication to our customers who mesn the world to us. I speak purely from the Heart, my business was made to provide for my family and the future of my darling daughter who I truly adore. My Grandad.... I couldn't express to you what he means to me, no one knew SDL PKB would take off like it did and he went just whilst it started to lift off but I know he's watching down proud and I'm Glad my Nan is here to witness her Grandson take the thrown.
