I used paul macmillan, the selfemployed tradesman who was excellent in all 3 categories of rating. I would certainly use this man again. and would have no hesitation in recommending him to friends.

I am very pleased with the service recieved from Alex. He quicky provided a competitive quote and arranged to get the work done on a Saturday morning. It involved the repair of an external door and he moved other jobs around so he could get to this sooner because it affected the security of the building. The repair looks great and he has painted the door frame for us. Alex even agreed to adjusting a door closer whilst there at no extra charge. I will use McLaurin Joinery again.

Brian was excellent from start to finish. Very personable and a very neat worker, laying a protective covering over my hall carpet and stairs, which meant no mess on my carpets and floors. We went with a full bathroom refurb and I’m delighted with the end result. Pricing was also competitive. 10/10, would highly recommend.

Great job done by Paul. Excellent quality of work. We had skirtings & facings replaced throughout the house, which Paul did...even although the walls of the house caused him some problems! He also glazed and hung three internal doors, again with the walls and door frames being less than forgiving. Paul arrived on time, completed the job...including additional ones...and cleaned up after himself. Would use him again, and would recommend him to anyone.

Andy recently completed decking for us and also a small inside job to box in electric metres. We are very pleased with the finished jobs. Andy showed up when expected and finished the job when expected too. He has done a brilliant job and transformed what was a old crumbling patio into an amazing raised decking which is safe for the kids and will be great for sitting out. I can't recommend Andy enough. From the outset my wife & i found Colin very approachable,& knowledgeable & will take time to explain all forms of work being carried out. As with all projects there are unforeseen snags, Colin dealt with these in his stride, & always after discussing his proposals We found him very punctual & tidy, his standard of workman ship & finish is beyond question.I would strongly recommend Colin to anyone,& i will definitely keep his number for any works i may have in the future.
