Sam has a meticulous professional approach to the work he does. In addition to his quote for the job as a whole, he discusses what has to be done and the detailed costing as the work progresses. I didnt give a 5-star rating because the tiler he hired in did not do a good job and the bathroom floor had to be redone.

The quotation was fair price for all the hard work that tom put in to making sure the project was completed to a very high standard. This rating is for the refurbishment of downstairs cloakroom, ensuite and main bathrooms. This included replacing bathroom suites, new ceilings with light and ventilation fans, full tiling and laminate floors. Probably not the cheapest but the work was completed to a high standard and all tradesmen were pleasant and understood our requirements.
