Gave me a fair quote then when they pulled the shower out there was a lot of water damage but only charged a little bit more and not only that they fixed a lot of little things in my flat at no extra cost. Did a tidy job considering wren surveyors poor measuring. Came back to complete the fitting of utilities the minute wren had been to install the worktop.
Phoned me to make an appointment to come give me a quote for the job. But never showed up so not very professional never phoned to say he wasnt coming. so wont be contacting them again
