Came along quickly to complete the job, which we are very pleased with. In fact he managed to get the job done quicker than expected. The nice smooth ceilings look so much better than the previous silk painted artex, and a difficult job was made easy with his expertese. We will be using him again to do the other ceilings in the near future. The price was reasonable and he was pleasant and polite.

Mark kindly undertook this relatively small rendering job. He arrived when he said he would on the two mornings; quoted fairly (reducing the price when the job was, in the end, smaller); cleared up and cleaned up afterwards - all in all highly recommended, I would certainly call him again. We are very pleased with the work carried out by R and J Lubbock. Richard and Dean installed internal wall insulation in a couple of rooms in our house. They turned up on time, carried out the work carefully, and left the rooms clean and tidy at the end of the job. I would not have any problem recommending them.

This was one of those jobs that had various problems from the start. Having said that SMS did put them all right without complaint. The quote given for the clearing of the site AND the complete redesign was excellent. The original deadline was missed by a long way primarily due to misjudging the anomalies of the site (eg the underlying concrete was a lot thicker than anticipated). SMS were slow in clearing the site after the work was done - it took almost three weeks before the last of the rubble and debris were moved. Overall, I am pleased with the work done and the final result and would be prepared to use them again.

the worst job ever i have seen i hired anthony as a professional to do some finishing touches on venetian plaster but he didnt do it he took a deposit then he disappeared for three weeks telling stories that he was sick or he didn't have time when he finally came to do the job he did it even worse than before came with one can of filler and made my walls a ugly color arguing that they couldn't be done better didn't return the deposit! i don't recommend it to anyone, do not pay deposit this person

Did not finished the job properly some things left undone. Promised an electrictral certificate which wasn't forthcoming . Sent an email and left a message on their phone did not reply . Can use the new room but not a hundred percent satisfied

Unfortunately I’m dissatisfied with the job S&D has done for 3 reasons: * they smeared with the cement mix all the brickwork they touched as well as the adjacent wall and the electric car charger * they left the rubble behind * they were going to leave the roof not weather sealed until I spotted and and fought for it to be mended

Keith is a friendly guys who came on time and completed the work as promised. Not very good with cleaning after all work was completed. Would have expected a higher standard of cleanliness. Overall job well done with 12 months guarantee, Just hope don't have to use his 12 month guarantee :).
