We have an old cast iron bath and had the bath panels to fix to it. We didn't feel confident doing it ourselves as it was quite a tricky job. Lukasz took time to get the measurements and the cutting was perfect. Looks great. Also we asked him to fix the old original bathroom door which has never closed shut. He put new hinges and shaved it and now it shuts. He did some plastering too. It took a day and charged his day rate (£150) plus a little extra for the hinges, plaster and frame. Great job!

It was a pleasure dealing with this company; they were on time and always called me as promised to make arrangements. The end result looks great and was all done with the absolute minimum mess and disruption. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would be happy to recommend to anyone.

100% happy with the work Mike and his team did for us in demolishing our garden walls and an old brick outhouse and replacing with new fencing.They worked like trojans in extremely hot uncomfortable conditions. Thanks very much for an excellent job.

Had Presitge Construction lay paving for me in the back garden for a shed base and pathway leading back to the house. Matt done a superb job and seems a genuine guy. I can highly recommend Steve of Henshall Housing. I required a complete bathroom and additional shower room refurbishment. All work was carried out to a high standard. I found Steve to be patient and precise. I was not an easy costumer! I had my own ideas on how I wanted these rooms to look. Steve gave good advice and helped to achieve the look I wanted. I also loved the fact that they were clean and tidy workers which made a big difference on the stress levels whilst the work was carried out.

Seemed good at the time, but all the paint started to peel off in the bedroom and all over the living room ceiling. First signs 1 year in and now in 2021 we’re having to pay to have it all done again.

Mo was brought to finish off the snagging of our old handyman, Ant. Ant's new name is halfer, as in half a job,or should I say Arfer. However Mo was good and a different format, working with his wife, lovely combination. We will be calling on Mo, from now on.

Absolutely excellent service from start to finish. David was given a very tough spec from myself as the quality of finish was paramount and he has nailed it! He is very considerate, listens carefully and has been professional in every aspect. David has now restored my faith in using contractors again -he and his team are definitely right up there with the best.
