He was super knowledgeable and extremely attentive to detail, making sure to leave a high quality finish in terms of decoration - and he came back afterwards to address a few small things that needed doing. There isn’t enough space on here to describe how happy I am and stress free Rob and his team made the process. I had a major extension to the rear and side of the home which meant I wasn't able to use the bottom area of my home at all. Rob and his team took care of everything and also provided so much extra help all the time any time and keeping up with the consistent service is truly unmatchable. Very disappointed with this company. It hasn’t even been a year since the flooring was installed, and it is already lifting up and moving. This should not be happening so soon. I contacted the company to have it fixed, but they never came back or followed up. The lack of response and poor service is unacceptable. Please be aware of this company before hiring them. I am highly disappointed with both the quality of the work and the customer service.
