I would highly recommend Dan and his team, did what they said when they said it would be done, Dan was extremely patient with me, never made me feel like I’d asked a silly question ( even if it might of been ). Very efficient, clean up was great along with the quote.
Fantastic set of builders. They undertook extensive repairs to the roof, guttering and chimney stacks, all to an excellent standard. Internally, they removed and disposed of the plaster from two large rooms, plaster-boarded and skimmed, again to an excellent standard – the plaster is as smooth as marble! They also resolved ad hoc problems as they came to light, at no extra cost. They cleaned up after each day’s work (including the pavement outside) and removed all debris. And … they finished the job on time and on budget. Being new to the area, I had been wary of employing unknown builders. But I have been left impressed beyond all expectation!

The job was so much more difficult than any of us expected and had become dangerous so I needed urgent help. Luckily Mc Neil Property Services were ready and able to take it on at short notice. Neil did a great job tiling our kitchen and behind our wood-burner. It is obvious he takes a lot of pride in his work. The whole process of obtaining a quote to getting the work done was quick and easy.

Quick to answer job advert and gave a good price, set a date for job to be done. Arrived on time and did a great job very happy with work done. Gave lots of advice for after care and painting once plastering was dry. My only complaint was that he put down dirty dust sheets to start with. He did a good job of cleaning up.
