We were in a different city to the job, so we had to rely on Eric to manage the work; including liaising with letting agents to pick up keys etc. He did this very well, always did what he said he would, and was always trustworthy. We went up to meet Eric at the end of the job and he's clearly a very professional and likeable person. He turned up when he said he would, provided detailed information about how the job would be undertaken and kept me updated regularly as the work progressed. Steve's approach is very professional and the quality of how work is excellent. This was a huge, outdoor job that was made all the more challenging because of the poor summer weather we have just had. However, Steve ensured we had the best of his attention at all times.
