I needed to change a very old fuse box with a new up to date consumer unit and also run two 6mm cables for 2 ovens. Daniel provided the new unit and the necessary parts. Despite the competitive pricing, the lack of professionalism makes their services impossible to recommend. For the first appointment (11am-1pm), they texted after 12pm to say they couldn't arrive before 1pm. For the rescheduled appointment, they did not show up. This kind of unreliability is deeply frustrating, especially when customers plan their day around appointments.

The lights went out in the kitchen. I contacted Micheal who arrived on time as arranged, he located the first issue and repaired and then saw an extension lead that was getting wet, he fitted a socket on the wall. He ensured that the fuse box was working at full capacity. I found Micheal to be very professional and friendly, good communication on work carried out, explained in layman terms. Left the area clean and tidy. I would definitely contact Micheal for any future work.
