Peter contacted me very quickly after I'd posted the job. He was very good, liaising with my tenants to get access and rang promptly to report back on what the issue was. Very prompt dealing with it, reasonable cost and really friendly guy. Would certainly use him again for any future issues.

Jason was able to do the work within the required timescale and he kept me informed of what needed doing, with 'before' and 'after' photos. These were needed for warranty purposes. His quote was competitive. Some parts of the work required clever solutions to resolve, also saving time but not quality. I am very pleased with the outcome.

Sam & his team (Col & Joe) worked extremely hard on several building projects to the property . They were friendly, polite, went above & beyond fixing problems we didn't know we had until unearthed during their work. They also made sure everything was left clean & tidy at the end of each day & removed all their rubbish. Very pleased with the results.

I have recently joined rated people because I have had enough of the site work and feel its time to slow down and offer my experience to private work. We are very pleased with the work that was done. There was a quick response to the job that day via a telephone call. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. They promised to make a visit a week later to remove the supportive structure and did exactly so yesterday. I am very pleased with the work and their professionalism.. i highly recommend them.
