Happy with job overall, skilled caftmanship. After job issue: Glue has leaked onto door from frame and hardened until seen on day of instalation. Was advised it can be fixed and will attend to it when passing by. The rating will be changed once this is fixed or new door installed as I paid for new door. It is not my doing thaglue leaked.

I received a call from kevin immediately after I placed the ad. He came at the time he said he would and charged the price agreed on the phone. Kevin was v professional and courteous. He was quick to send over a quote, was able to fit in the work before Christmas and generally did an excellent job with it all. We found Darren a very reliable, professional and hardworking tradesman. The job of removing an old damp Victorian floor and relaying with concrete ready for tiling, was completed in good time and within budget despite unexpected problems with the foundations. He salvaged as many old tiles as possible to reuse and he gave us good advice and information when necessary. The site was left clean and tidy and all materials removed. Altogether an excellent job. Not worth 5 star rating, in my opinion. Cancelled appointment 30 minutes before due time. Came out twice, first time to take a look, second time to bring sample. Said he would get back to with price with expected start next week. Heard nothing, he finally answered one of my texts saying didn't reply as materials had gone up and the job would cost another £1000. Did not even have the courtesy of letting me decide if it was too much to pay or to choose something less expensive. Very disappointed.
