Messaged to ask if it was something he could do or not. He apologised and said he'd review the video and come back to me...that was 24th March...now on 10th April and still not replied. Hired Chris for my parents’ bathroom based on positive reviews, but our experience was disappointing. He rewired things incorrectly in the hallway and didn’t return to fix it. He left the extractor fans unfinished and never completed the job, despite charging £550. My parents paid in good faith, trusting the reviews. He has ignored all contact and still hasn’t provided the bathroom work certificate. Would not recommend.
