Messaged to ask if it was something he could do or not. He apologised and said he'd review the video and come back to me...that was 24th March...now on 10th April and still not replied. I'm an excelent tiler and plumber with lots of experience. I do bathroom renovations; tile lobby floors, kitchen floors, splashbacks, chemineys etc. I have all the necessary tools and I can travel as a van owner.

Finding a decent company is like breathing fresh air. Leading up to the job, communication was excellent. Theo answered all the questions I needed to build that initial trust. It was potentially going to be a messy Job, but Theo was thoughtful in coming up with a solution to minimise the level of dust we would have had to spend days cleaning up afterwards.
