Completed the job to quoted budget and well within the maximum timeframe quoted including doing some extra work (painting hallways, replacing spotlights) that weren't in the original job. I highly recommend Thomas and his team for their excellent workmanship. They were punctual, polite, and trustworthy, completing the job — detailed pointing, brickwork replacement, installing a new gutter and downpipe, repairing a wooden patio door, and tiling. All work done to a high standard with quality materials. He provided valuable advice, and the site was left clean. Working with him for the first time, I appreciated the professionalism and good rapport established. A great experience overall!

James was hired to fit 5 internal doors. It took him 3 days, and the work was careless, lazy, and full of mistakes, excuses, lies and frustration. He blamed the doors, house, locks, anything but himself. I wasn't going to leave a review, but after he left I was able to fix —by myself— issues that he tried to gaslight me into believing it was the best possible outcome. I suspect his "27 years of experience" was made up, and the problem was nothing but absolute lack of skill, care and work ethic.

Victor and his team worked on the kitchen for 3 days and I hardly even noticed they were there. They were tidy and very quiet. They did exactly as they said they would and started and finished on time. Really pleased with the workmanship. The finish is a lot better than I had hoped.
