I hired Tom trading as Plaster Master to repair bedroom ceiling and board the loft and install loft ladder and replace the loft hatch. He gave an honest estimate for the work and the time line needed to complete the project which he did on time. I won't hesitate to use his services again.He was extremely reliable and professional arrived at the time he said and he tidied up at the end of each day’s work. I thoroughly recommend him! Arrived within 30 mins and quoted, he didn’t have the correct part and had to go and get one for us, it was discontinued, but he returned with a solution and fixed the toilet making it a duel flush! Was more expensive than I had hoped, but we were off to a funeral and had a big gathering coming the next day, so it was sorted. Alin understood the urgency and did his absolute best.

Living over 200 miles from my mum I was nervous about sending a stranger to her house to do a few jobs. Darren was courteous parient and so easy to work with I will be using him again. He cemented 3 loose paving stones, fixed the front door that wouldn't open, installed a cat flap and a key safe. Most importantly he rejected a job that needed a skilled roofer. Jason was able to do the work within the required timescale and he kept me informed of what needed doing, with 'before' and 'after' photos. These were needed for warranty purposes. His quote was competitive. Some parts of the work required clever solutions to resolve, also saving time but not quality. I am very pleased with the outcome.

Alex has completely refurbished my bathroom and i am thrilled with the result. Alex is very skilled and his work is excellent. He takes pride in what he does, and his attention to, and the care he takes with the smallest details, are not seen so often these days. Alex is obliging and helpfull with advice, and will consult his customer on details. He gets on with the job and does not mind staying late until he's finished what he is doing and cleans up before he leaves. He is a very pleasant man.

He seemed very reliable, giving me an initial time frame for his arrival and then calling again when he was close. The drain was unblocked in no time, thus saving my weekend.
