Andy arrived bang on time having kept in touch between booking the job and actually doing the work. He was thorough, professional and pleasant. He took the time needed to do the job well and made any adjustments requested as he went along. I would certainly use him again and would recommend him to anyone.

I hired RT-Gas&Electrical engineers LTD for a total renovation of my flat including plumbing and electrical work, plastering, design and fitting of a new bathroom and kitchen, painting and carpentry. Robert and his team carried out the work in the agreed timescale, they all worked very hard, shown a total dedication the project, creating solutions to unexpected problems. Excellent company, meticulous, trustworthy and of high quality. I would definitely recommend them to others including friends and family.

Responded very quickly and was able to come and do the job the same day, despite it being a small job. I had a problem with a leak to my downstairs neighbour and Mark did a very good job resealing the bath and investigating other potential sources of the problem.

We used Ervins to design and build a bespoke radiator cover, encompassing a shoe rack, in our hallway and to make and fit various shelving units around our home. He was personable, prompt and reliable throughout our dealing with him and provided a service that was excellent value for money. We would definitely use him again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.

Ken was by far the most professional builder that came round to quote for the work. He explained what would be required to complete the work. Including building regs and structural engineer requirements. Therefore we were pleased that ken's quote was slightly cheaper than the others we recieved. The work was completed to agreed timescales and a very high standard with minimal impact and fuss. I have no hesitation in recommending ken and will contact him first before posting a job for future planned work

Decoration and renovation were great all round and offered the best advice out of all the people I looked at and the end result was much better because of them. They are high quality, very flexible, did everything when they said they would and were easy to work with. They have my recommendation and I will use them again.

Build well planned, professionally executed and delivered within budget. Any issues discussed immediately and mutually resolved. Work force skilled, personable and respectful. Project completed in timely and continuous manner. Project well managed through bad weather and neighbours’ expectations. Minimal disruption regarding electricity, water and heating and consulted in advance of any period of down time. We are happy with the build and would unreservedly recommend Kingswest Developments.

Everything was carried out to a high standard and we can only thank the team for a fantastic job. The original job was for our dining room but that was quickly extended to our living room as well which included building a contemporary fireplace, extensive replastering and complete redecoration. Really happy with every aspect of Tony's work. He completed 12 different jobs for me in the end and each was to a high standard, plus Tony went the extra mile finding solutions to problems and recommending alternatives when required. Tony's customer service is a cut above your average tradesman too (in my experience). He arrives on time, works long days and keeps you informed of costs and plans every step of the way. Thoroughly decent bloke.
