Great work ethic. Very hard working. Nice people. Can turn their hand to most things and get you out of trouble. Laid oak flooring, fixed previous plastering errors and then did a lovely job of decoration. Are experts with stone and tiles too.

For the past 3 years I have been building from extensions, brick and block work, too pitching roofs and all types of timber work for another company. But recently decided to do my own work again which is why i have got to build up ratings. Very quick response from David and he got straight to business. Very professional, did an amazing job on a very overgrown garden and left it all looking very neat and tidy indeed. Worked about 6 hours on v hot day. I don't normally give five stars but his work was first class!

Exceptional service. Lee came to quote same day, was charming and polite and understood the job and my budget requirements instantly, starting work promptly the following week painting my entire flat in time for rental viewings. He collected and returned the keys to a different address for my convienicenc, sourced the paint and communications were faultless the whole way through. And the finished product is excellent. Lee is brilliant and I will absolutely be using Intelligent Property Developments again.
