I had this roof replaced in February and it has failed already. The company I used was via Rated people. Not sure why I used this app again, given my experience, but I did. Gus has replaced this and my other flat roof. He carried out the job promptly and cleared up completely. So far, I think he has done a great job. The leaks have stopped. Assuming the roof doesn't fail again, I would recommend Gus without hesitation. I will return to update my review in a year's time when I hope there will be no problems

Andy and Dan together with their team of local tradesmen provided us with a 1st class job. Our garage conversion into 2 rooms was completed on time, to an excellent finish and to the exact budget they quoted. Came the next day and fixed the leak for me. Done a thorough job and also cleared out the gutters for no additional cost. I am very happy with the service and also sent me photo updates throughout. Would highly recommend.

We were impressed with the professionalism of this builder. We felt the price quoted was reasonable, the crew were respectful of our property and worked tidily and cleanly. We were very impressed with the finished work which was completed on time. They even moved some of my plants, and turned my bamboo into canes for me. I wouldn’t hesitate to use CFX builders again, or recommend them to others.

Ben is a highly competent and reliable builder. He completed our kitchen/garage conversion and bathroom work efficiently and to a great standard. Ours was a complex job with many different components all of which Ben tackled with no complaints, routinely offering practical solutions to any issues that arose which enabled us to retain our look and feel while keeping to budget. With us for nearly 7 weeks, Ben was very friendly at all times and we felt totally happy leaving him alone with keys to the house.
