We used Kingz for clearance of a very overgrown garden and new fencing. They did exactly what they said they would do in their quote. I wouldn't? recommend this firm as they promise to give you a disc containing still and moving pictures of your drains but they don't appear to know how to operate their camera. Consequently I only received a disc containing corrupted files, and when they re-took images of my drains i did not receive a file at all. And when I queried if a section of the relined drains was properly sealed they failed to return to my house. I recommend anyone not to part with any money until completely satisfied.

We agreed terms and price. Arrived, said they couldn't move everything at that price, so agreed what they could move for the pre-agreed price. Said they had finished but didn't move some garden waste bags because they were too heavy (weight was never a factor when I was quoted originally), but nevermind. Asked to swap the bags for something else lighter and they wouldn't after I was quoted for a full van load with space still in the van. The van arrived with some other items already in there by the way.

Job was to sand the floor of our flat and we set a price. After asking for more they guaranteed to finish for the extra price. A day later they pulled out of the job leaving it un finished. They said it was due to a black tar like substance. they said they had tried everything. My painter and decorator took a torch and scrapper and had it up in minutes. They had the wrong tools and seemed like first flooring job. After contacting asking to finish he said he would get back to me but failed to be reached.
