Pat and his team have done an excellent job. We are very pleased with the result. There has always been clear communication and timely project management of the build. The team have always been helpful and responsive, with real care of the quality of the work done and attention to detail. Pat has always strived to minimise the impact to us and neighbours whilst the work has been done. We can highly recommend PMH based on our experience.

Was a little dubious about hiring tradesmen through the internet.but i need not have had any concerns. G S Building Solutions were fantastic, did a fantastic job very reliable attention to detail and took pride in his work gave good advise. He is first class and would recommend G S Building Solutions

Did an excellent job of rendering the raised plant beds - even though it took slightly longer than anticipated due to weather conditions I was kept informed and the work came in as per budget. Would highly recommend for similiar work.

This guy is brilliant. Very friendly, arrived on time and produced quality work. Hardworking and had the job completed in one day. Very good value for money, its affordable and the quality is brilliant. I would definately recommend this guy. :)

Highly recommend- Friendly, reliable and reasonably priced. They realistically help to make plans come to life working through decisions needed at each stage. After so many difficult conversations with other builders Ricky and his team were a refreshing change who delivered a brilliant new porch, driveway, complete house roof, extension reroof, fencing and concrete gutter removal! Great team and work. All work was completed with each phase being completed as described. Clean, tidy and professional keeping disturbance to the neighbours down to the minimum. Will be using these guys again for my next project.

Petru and his crew were great, he kept me informed of what he was doing and when. The place looks great. He was well in budget and went the extra mile for me. He was consistently friendly and polite. He kept an eye on the project the whole time and was always prompt to reply to any queries I had.

We are very pleased with the work that was done. There was a quick response to the job that day via a telephone call. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. They promised to make a visit a week later to remove the supportive structure and did exactly so yesterday. I am very pleased with the work and their professionalism.. i highly recommend them. John Makkar and his incredible team have made the experience of renovating our whole 5 bedroomed house an absolute pleasure ! They turned up on time every day, worked 7 days a week to get the job done, listened to what I wanted. They cleaned up after themselves every day and just worked constantly throughout the day.The price quoted was very competitive. I would definately use them again. The job that I had done was a complete bathroom refurbishment and roof repair.

Tom Humphries and his team recently built our new porch & relayed our patio. Excellent quality work, reliable & very knowledgeable tradesmen. The porch has a vaulted ceiling with spot lights, shelving and very nice rounded brickwork steps up to the front door. The original patio had steps - it was dug out and re-layed to one level, in just a few days. Regular skips meant there was never any mess. The whole team went the extra mile so everything was perfect. Very pleased with everything. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Clive and Andy have done a fantastic damp proofing job, totally reliable and a pleasure to have met. I have already spoken with my neighbours regarding them as I can absolutely recommend them and their work. They left everything so tidy as well, even cleaned their own tea cups! Can't praise them enough. An absolute refreshing experience to have found Clive and Andy, they are great! Harma & Steve N22
