I’m really pleased with the work carried out here. The job was a basic boiler annual service but I found Yam to be easy and polite to converse with. He listened and understood what I wanted. His working method appears to be very clean, controlled, careful and efficient. I would absolutely hire Yam again and would not hesitate to recommend him to family, friends and neighbours. I have no negative comments whatsoever and will be giving Yam first refusal on all of my future plumbing/heating work. Thank you Yam

We had a leak from the shower in our ensuite that ruined the living room ceiling below. Not only was the quote for the work given speedily, but it was also well priced compared to other quotes. The work (take down part of the ceiling, put up new boarding, replaster and then repaint the entire ceiling) has been completed quickly, efficiently, cleanly and to a very high standard. Company owner Tim is friendly and helpful, and his team know their stuff! Thank you very much, TCSM Builders. We are very happy.

Gurps was more expensive than my other quote. However he came across as a lot more reliable and professional and I wasn’t disappointed. He completed all the agreed tasks, tidied up after himself and provided answers to my queries in the weeks after he left. Would recommend

Within 12 hours of posting my job request, CB Plumbing & Heating had assessed the work required, contacted several suppliers and completed the work required. Paul laid paving and lawn in my daughters garden, he did an excellent job, it's made such a difference and has transformed a miserable garden into a lovely space that they can use all year round, I would recommend his workmanship, he was a really nice person arrived always on time and did a great job.. Excellent high quality service. Both Jamie and Dave have done a fabulous job on refurbishing 2 bathrooms in an old property. Reliable honest and as good as their word - will be using them again in the future for other jobs. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Peter provided an excellent professional service from quote through to finished job. He offered useful advice and suggestions without trying to sell us anything we didn't need. Consulted us about decisions and was happy to comply with our requests. We had prompt responses to our emails and the job was slotted in very quickly .
