I was very impressed with this company, they responded quickly to my job request, quoted a fair price and set up an appointment to suit me. The engineer arrived promptly, was very polite and got on with the job quickly and efficiently. I have previously used British Gas for boiler work but after a bad experience, I am glad to have found this firm.

The job proved more difficult than originally planned. I don't think we could have found someone with the skills and perseverance to see it through like Alf. Very fair and trustworthy and has been recommended to friends and colleagues.

Overall, very happy with all aspects - Tom responded in a timely fashion, arrived on-time, was friendly & took the time to explain both the contents of the service itself & things to look for in case there's a problem. I would definitely look to use Tom again in the future.

Terry,+++++++++++ supported by Lance St John attended daily and worked to a pre arranged schedule. Their approach was professional, they were courteous, reliable timekeepers, the work place was kept tidy, their attention to detail was exemplorary, the quality of finish superb. Terry managed the procurement of supplies and the attendance of skilled tradesman i.e. bricklayers, electrician, plumber as required without any undue delays. We would have no hesitation in recommending him, We will use him again!

I required a kitchen gas pipe to be moved. Mr Munro identified unnecessary pipes, so he was able to make the route shorter and much better than initially expected. The copper pipes look very good as well. He was also able to help with another Plumbing job, I had. Very pleased.

Graham of gb Plumbing recently fitted a Mega-Flow type water system in our private house. He provided outstanding and friendly service. He is obviously very experienced and knowledgeable about Un-vented water cylinders. In addition he is totally reliable and when he makes a commitment he always keeps to it. Very good professionals. The work was done quickly and to a high standard. A bit on the expensive side - I payed £400 for installing 3 wardrobe shelves and 2 rails, fixing a broken drawer and the materials. Needed it urgently, otherwise would have shopped around.

I cannot rate Eric highly enough. He was happy to visit after 6:00pm on a Friday evening. He resolved the problem very quickly, extremely fortunately he had the requisite spart part on board, so my heating & hot water was back up and running within 20 mins of his arrival. Highly recommended.
