Speedy response. Get boiler replaced in 24 hours after quotation - faster than some paid emergency repair after a call. Professional PPE during pandemic. On time exactly as promised, with a phone call before arrival. Friendly, patient and positive when some objectives missing. Sheet covers floor during work. Tidy up the work place when finishing. After leaving had I noticed that even fixed a light in the kitchen which was not requested. Invoice payment requested on completion. Good value of pricing. Eric

Would highly recommend. Stuart gave straight talking and honest advice and was more than half the price of British Gas. Julie in the office was a pleasure to speak with and even called after to make sure I was happy with the work. Overall a very pleasing experience.

The reason for my ratings is as follows:- I’ve rated 3 stars for quality as he didn’t really do much to rate. I’ve rated 1 star for price as £65 for 25 minute job is really poor considering part was only few pounds. Wouldn’t recommend this company as very expensive, only reason we used them was struggling to find anyone else.

From the outset my wife & i found Colin very approachable,& knowledgeable & will take time to explain all forms of work being carried out. As with all projects there are unforeseen snags, Colin dealt with these in his stride, & always after discussing his proposals We found him very punctual & tidy, his standard of workman ship & finish is beyond question.I would strongly recommend Colin to anyone,& i will definitely keep his number for any works i may have in the future. Jim responded quickly to my advert and came and sorted and serviced the fire the next day. A tidy worker with a pleasant helpful manner. I will use again if I have any issues.

Really pleased with Tony and the work he carried out. It was an urgent job that he completed the same day and we were back up and running late afternoon. Great value as he sorted ojt a couple of other things for us. Very friendly and easy to deal with. Very highly recommended.

Paul and Andy have done a brilliant job and I can not recommend them highly enough. They explained what they needed to do and left the kitchen clean, tidy and fully functional-the cooker looks great. Paul set out a clear quote at the start and arrived on time. I will definitely ask them back in a few months when we get a new dishwasher.

Done an excellent job of installing new boiler, radiators and pipes. From quote to completion everything went smoothly. Communication was spot on and Scott arranged all the necessary trades to get this job completed in one day. Banter was pretty good too. Would definitely use again.

Initially very responsive and professional at temporary fix for initial problem. Agreed to return to provide proper longer-term solution but never turned up - twice - on agreed dates. No communication or explanation despite being chased via e-mail, text and phone calls.
