Harry did a sterling job for us! He hung 9 internal doors perfectly. His attention to detail is second to none. He arrived on time every morning, kept us informed on what he planned to do each day and worked hard. He was very friendly and polite. We were a little unsure if to use Harry because he is based in Sutton Coldfield and we are in Derby but he explained why he prefers working this side of Birmingham and the travelling was no issue. Pros: Fair and competitive pricing. Work scheduled on short notice and finished quicker than expected. On-site team was professional and courteous. Cons: Needed to follow up to get scaffolding removed. Warranty documents were delayed by over a month despite multiple chases. Gutters were not reinstalled properly causing leaks. Two repair attempts failed and I'm now waiting on a full replacement with no exact date confirmed as yet.

Contractors made arrangements to call, arrived on time, they seemed very nice & efficient; however we did not receive a quote as promised, when I queried it; he apologized saying he thought he had emailed me to say it would be late as he had broken his collarbone. Then I received a text saying he wasn't going to quote as he was off sick for 6 weeks, so unfortunately we are unable to rate his work...
