Dave did an outstanding job for us, knocking down and moving a wall between our children’s bedrooms, taking care of all the plastering, and arranging for the electrics to be sorted. He was incredibly competent, reliable, and went completely out of his way to help. The price was excellent and the finish of the work was fantastic. On top of that, he’s a genuinely nice guy – friendly, trustworthy, and a pleasure to have around. We couldn’t recommend him highly enough – a top bloke!

We have an old cast iron bath and had the bath panels to fix to it. We didn't feel confident doing it ourselves as it was quite a tricky job. Lukasz took time to get the measurements and the cutting was perfect. Looks great. Also we asked him to fix the old original bathroom door which has never closed shut. He put new hinges and shaved it and now it shuts. He did some plastering too. It took a day and charged his day rate (£150) plus a little extra for the hinges, plaster and frame. Great job!

The job was posted on 22nd July 2025 and Wade Ellis of Ellis Roofing And Building Ltd responded 2 days later. After a survey, I received a quote on 26th July, which was accepted. A skip arrived on 29th July and the work commenced next day. The job was completed on 1st August. The bricklayer and his female trainee assistant got on with the job without any fuss, and they were very pleasant to deal with. The aim of the project has been delivered and I am very happy with the result. I recommend them. 5 stars!

We were quoted for 3 jobs only one of which has been fully completed with 1 not done and 2 done to a not great standard and with out all of the waste being removed (which was part of the quote). Said they would be starting at 11 but didn’t arrive until gone 1pm which made things difficult for us. No pictures sent on completion despite this being offered by them and no response to our attempts to get in touch to rectify the work that has not been completed. A disappointing experience unfortunately.

I first of all went to see the flat before moving in and it was absolutely disgraceful and put me off. I got the professional painter group to come and help me with what was possible. The dishwasher was fitted very neatly, and the kitchen unit was adjusted to a high standard. A small cabinet was also added to store our chopping boards this was done cleanly and with great attention to detail. The adjustment blended seamlessly with the original kitchen cabinets, maintaining the overall look of the kitchen.
