Nick impressed from the start by providing a detailed estimate which he kept to throughout. The initial job was to decorate the renovated interior from scratch ie bare wood and plaster and was very demanding with strong colours cut in against white walls and ceilings The gloss finish on the woodwork was exceptional. Always punctual,clean and tidy and courteous. We were happy to extend our requirement to the exterior of the property which was completed to the same high standard. Thanks Nick for a great job

We needed some buttresses built to support a garden wall. Fred was able to provide very practical help and advice which we were more than happy to act upon. The work was delivered in a timely way and to a very high standard. The guys were always cleaning up after themselves and always left the site clean and tidy. Fred is my go-to builder from now on and have no hesitation in recommending him to others!!

When communicating with Mr Mercer it became clear that he is keen to provide good service and value for money, rather than take advantage for a quick buck. The job I needed was a small one, so small a lot of people weren’t interested. However Mr Mercer could see it was an accident waiting happen and helped me out.

Mike and his son are first class professionals. They started on time , finished on time, worked to the budget, made adjustments with out fuss or increase in charges, and top of this they are highly skilled in a wide range of disciplines including gardening, building, carpentry, painting, electrics, plumbing and other odd jobs. Really excellent & efficient service. I needed an urgent decorating job done very quickly due to moving house and they both quoted and did the job at very short notice to help me out of a real problem. I now intend to use them for refitting the kitchen and bathroom in my new house. Highly recommended.
