Hello, I'm Alan and I have been doing precision engineering and instillation for agricultural and industrial business for over 16 years now. I branched into installing and repairing dairy parlours that can handle hundreds of litres of milk and water an hour, so there is no room for errors which has made me a bit of a perfectionist. I started doing home repairs for family and friends 6 years ago, I found domestic plumbing to be far easier and cleaner work than dairy repairs, and far more rewarding. Ben was originally due to visit the installation in order to provide an accurate quote but couldn't make the appointment so gave an acceptable quote without viewing the site. Arrived early at every point! Were helpful and honest, I asked about things I thought needed replacing and they were honest that they didn't need doing! An honest, hardworking firm who provided good value for money. Quality of job was very pleasing and they cleaned up after themselves! Brilliant I can't be more positive. We haven't had a massive rainfall since so not 100% certain all is ok but as certain as can be. Very very pleased
